About the February Fundraiser
The February Fundraiser started a few years ago when an anonymous donor (Zaan knows who he is) offered a substantial amount of money if supporters of Pikkewyntjies could match it. Every year it's nail biting trying to make the total by the deadline but somehow every year someone steps in at the last moment to make up the shortfall and the challenge is met.

What a difference a month can make — and it’s all thanks to YOU! Every project, every pair of shoes, every happy little face this 4 months has been made possible by the overwhelming generosity shown during our Yearly Challenge in February 2025.
We’re so excited to share how we’ve used those funds to bring joy, learning, and safety to our children.

Wendy project was fully funded through our February 2025 Challenge and the convertion of the Nutec wendy into a classroom were funded by our 2nd hand shop. They’re already in use — warm, dry, and perfect for early learning!
