The 2 – 4 year olds are in Tannie Christen’s class. Christen (SURNAME) has been with the school for (NUMBER OF YEARS) and is both mother and teacher to the little children in her care. Stepping into her classroom one is struck by the quiet, contentment in the room as the little ones focus on their tasks.

It has worried our principal Zaan and the Chairman of the Board for a very long time that as school is closed over the week ends most of the Pikkewyntjies have to ask other families for some bread to keep them going until Monday.
- Clean Up of Mooi Uitsig
In the last school holidays the principal of Pikkewyntjies Preschool, Zaan Cilliers organised a clean-up of the village in which it stands, Mooi Uitsig in Betty’s Bay.
